S-L-O-W down!

This weekend we went to a softabll tournament. You have heard my husband plays during the week. Well he plays weekends too. We stayed the weekend in a cabin with the players on the team. It was wonderful, the weather was great, they only played 3 games on Saturday, one of which we stayed back at the cabin. Then we went shopping and ate an awesome dinner made with the best cookware around. Salad Master. We even had the "Master" himself cook us the food. One of the guys on the team is a consultant. It was nice to come home after a day of shopping to find a man in the kitchen with dinner cooking :) LOL Then today they played two more games. The last game was the championship in which they WON! of course :) the team ROCKS! They won all five, and the last they won 26-5! it was great. Haley had so much fun playing with the other kids and her newest thing is "ewe" everything was ewe! she says it so cute! Easton hung out. He is getting so big I cant believe he is almost 5 months! of course only 3.5..but whos counting!? I think the best part of the trip was when Haley was yelling in the car as loud as she could..saying HI over and over and ewe over and over..and then just jabbering away, telling me "etin" was sleeping, and duckys were in the wawa and more duice peas, ..you ask, how that was the best? Well, it may have been annoying..but you always want your kids to learn to talk..but its a great feeling when they start..and you want them to stop! haha I look at her everyday, and just know we are blessed! I am so proud of her, my little 25weeker has come so far! She is growing up so fast and her chubby little brother is doing the same..they need to slow down.

Happy Birthday USA!

I am sorry I have not written. I need to start getting use to posting to this blog whenever I get a second, just so I can keep up. Well I will go back to the 4th of July. My family actually "does" the fireworks. We are the ones behind the scenes for those of you who sit in a park and watch the awesome shows. My parents, sister and brother in law are pyrotechnicians. So my parents recruited my husband to help work on the show while my sister and brother in law rounded up their own crew and went to a different city. We drove an hour and a half away to put on a wonderful show for the community. I was dreading it since I had the kids with me and no help in a place I had to keep Haley confined. But it turned ok, We set up our pack and play on the other side of the river where they were setting up the show. Of course outside the parameter. (so technical huh?)That way daddy could come help me when the kids got kinda crazy. Well the show was great, I got the privledge to run the CD with the shows music on it to the stage and I even pushed play, and then yelled FIRE into my walkie talkie so my mom could start the spectacular fireworks. I feel so important. :) that was a late night, we didnt get home til well after 2 am. Set up takes a long time..just like the clean up! I am glad I have the excuse of "children", my back would kill after picking up a million little pieces of foil and huge sulfer smelling mortars. I do love the 4th. It just isnt the 4th without the celebration of our country's birthday with fireworks!

You can't eat just one.

Lays potato chips..geez, you really cant eat just one..Haley and I both have had a chip addiction. You can not walk away with a few..you have to have a handful to even come close to satisfaction..ok so maybe a few handfulls! We have just been playing in the pool and going to BBQ's and softball games. Haley yesterday, jumped into the pool with her pjs on. That was fun. Easton is on the verge of a giggle..we just cant wait to hear it! My cousin had her beautiful little baby girl yesterday night. All is going well for them, I cant wait to see them, I hope they come out in August with the rest of the family.
